This is a good supplement for bone health. It's got a lot of great ingredients, including d3. Unfortunately it's not suitable for vegans and vegetarians as it contains a fish product. If that doesn't bother you this should work for you.

I ordered these gummies so I can use them as a daily supplement for bones. They have a really nice taste. I use them very day in the morning with the rest of the supplements.

My kids love these calcium gummies. They have a great raspberry flavor and are fun to chew. A serving is 3 gummies, but I give my little one only 2 as they drink more milk. The added vitamin D3 and minerals magnesium and zinc help in the calcium absorption. At 45 servings per container for one person, I recommend these as a great value for lite kids.

These gummies are very chewy and taste great. A little on the sugary side but that makes you feel like you are eating a healthy candy;). You take three a day. It is always good to take calcium for your bone health I feel;)

These have a great combo and high amount of supplements. They taste good and they're a good value at the current price of $15 for a 45 day supply.

This is a great tasting gummy! It is not too sweet and is a great combination of healthy vitamins and minerals! I definitely recommend it.

Love the natural raspberry flavor! These are easy to chew and a pleasure to add to my daily routine. I try to get necessary nutrients from healthy foods, and only take supplements for a little boost in case I fall short. The amounts of Calcium, magnesium, Zinc, and Vitamin D in each serving, allow me to add a little of these important nutrients to my diet, without feeling like I'm getting too much in my system. Those on restricted diets may be concerned with the sugar content (6g sugar + 40 cal/serving). But that's typical of gummies and that's why they taste so good!

Nice fruity flavor with no bad aftertaste. Chewy but not sticky and a great alternative to swallowing a pill. I would have like to see the carb count lower but overall, good value!

I like gummy supplements because no matter how bad they taste, they are easier to get down than a pill. These are about the firmness of a gummy candy. They have an odd indistinguishable fruity smell in the jar. They are a little gritty when chewed - like the Supplement is suspended in the gummy. The flavor is sort of like a fruity bubblegum. However I can’t pick out the actual fruit flavor. The fact you have to take 3 of these to get your daily serving seems excessive. They are good but not 5 stars.

So far I’m liking everything about these gummies! The size, the flavor, and most importantly the ingredients. They are very easy to take and the price seems to be right to me. It does have a different chewy consistency compare to other gummies that I have try, but that doesn’t bother me at all. One thing that I didn’t really care for was the extra coat of sugar as I don’t think it was needed.. Other than that I’m pretty happy with these vitamins/minerals gummies.

Ive been taking a calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplement for a couple months now and I’ve noticed several benefits so when I saw these I decided to give them a try. The gummies themselves are actually kind of large (see photo) so if you take the full recommended dose of 3 it’s a full on snack but they actually taste really good. The flavor is a raspberry and they have a nice not too gummy texture. I noticed they do kind of leave a coating in your mouth very briefly after eating but it doesn’t taste bad or anything. I was super excited after tasting them but then was super bummed after looking at the actual percent daily values. Compared to my other supplement I’ve been taking (see photo) they just don’t really measure up. I actually am wondering if they maybe listed the daily values for just one gummy instead of the serving size of three like it says. In lost the categories triple what it lists is much closer to my other supplement. Overall I don’t think I will be ordering these again. I feel like if you’re looking for a supplement in the first place you’re going to want more than these values, but it may be a sufficient amount for some people and they do taste great.

I'd consider myself a vitamin connoisseur and highly recommend these because they taste good and have an excellent nutritional profile.

I have gotten other vitamins from this brand and they were amazing. So I couldn't wait to try these out too. They are just like the other type except a raspberry flavor. The texture is fantastic for gummy vitamins. The taste is great. The only downside is that you need to take 3 of these so the bottle won't last as long as other vitamins. With the great taste though, it is worth looking past the amount you need to consume. I don't really notice a benefit from taking vitamins aside from just filling in gaps that I may not otherwise meet in my diet. I know magnesium does make a difference for me but these are not a high enough value of magnesium to make a big enough difference for me to notice.

Being lactose intolerant, I usually don't get enough calcium in my diet. These gummies are a great way to help that, and the added magnesium and zinc are also a plus! They have a great flavor, almost like strawberry/creme if I had to describe it. They do leave a bit of a "gritty" feel in my mouth after eating them, but I don't think I've ever had a calcium supplement that didn't. They recommend 3/day, with 90 in the bottle for a 30 day supply. I've personally been taking just two per day to stretch them out a bit longer.

My wife and I take these supplements daily. In the past, we've had separate pills but this gummy, which we find tasty, apparently allows us to get four of our supplements in one dose.We will hasten to add: Anytime you're planning to add daily supplements, you should consult with your doctor or nutritionist. My wife and I are not health-care professionals, but we do check with our doctors at our annual physicals about the levels of supplements we're taking. Hope you will as well.

These calcium gummies taste good but I wish you didn't have to take three of them to get 23% of your recommended intake. They are soft with a sugary feeling coating on the outside but don't taste especially sweet. The expiration date is good, over a year away. An easy way to get the calcium you need.

I've been blood tested by my PCP and endocrinologist and told to take supplements. The medications I'm on can contribute to deficiencies. Things like drinking coffee or alcohol can also contribute to magnesium deficiencies, and I drink coffee all day. These are great tasting gummies that have calcium, Vitamin D, magnesium and zinc. The serving size is three gummies.
