The vitamins that I can count on

I started taking these vitamins about 4 years ago. I hadn't given vitamins much thought, but I thought it would be a good idea to take them as an adult. I have no idea which component of these vitamins works for me, but my LDL cholesterol actually goes down when I take one vitamin a day. I thought it was a fluke, but every time I get my levels measured they are much better than before I took these vitamins. They taste good, are chewable (so I don't have to worry about getting some horse pill stuck in my throat), come in a glass jar so I am not eating any strange chemicals absorbed from the plastic.

Good chewable multivitamin - if you can find them

They have been out of stock online for several months now. I lucked up at a local store and managed to get the last 2 bottles they had in stock, so I am good for about 4 more months, but not holding my breath that they will actually be back in stock within that time. I can't swallow pills & many of the gummy multivitamins for adults either taste nasty to me, have way too many carbs, are to 'sticky' or, like these, disappear from stock (Centrum adult chewable orge flavor, for example). It seems that many vitamin manufacturers simply don't care about adults who have trouble swallowing the nasty-tasting regular multivitamin.

Certified Gluten Free, Celiac & Bariatric Safe

Love Country Life, as a celiac and a bariatric surgery individual these are the only safe vitamins I could find! They are highly effective and taste good! I highly recommend them and rest assured they are Certified Gluten Free! I take a double dose as a bariatric individual. The known bariatric vitamins were not certified gluten free and were cross contaminated with gluten which made me ill. Highly recommend these! They are chewable and easy to digest.

Vitamin Shoppe / To much damage / Wasted Time & $

We have been getting these from the Vitamin Shoppe in Wilmington, NC for years but over the past year there product comes in broken, or alot of the Tablets are dust on the bottom of the jar because of poor packaging.

My new go-to Multi

If I keep reordering these chewable multi-vitamins then that must speak volumes, right? I really do love the flavor and texture of these vitamins. They’re not gritty chalky at all unlike some chewables. Swanson has become my first choice for purchasing supplements and even cleaning products which I was unaware that they carry cleaning products until they became scarce in stores a few months ago

Chewables for grownups

I have a real problem taking pills and most vitamins for adults are huge, or have very low levels of vitamins and minerals. These have everything you need AND they are chewable.
