    The best in the whole world

    I was slighty sceptical about 'gentle' iron but now I've been taking it daily for a couple of weeks, and there's no sign of constipation, I am a convert!

    Gave me iron induced gastritis

    When I switched to regular iron my stomach went back to normal but this “gentle” formula felt like it ripped my GI tract to shreds

    Depots are full!

    For a year and a half i was using prescribed iron meds and I didnt managed to fill my iron deposits, I couldn’t continue because of constipation side effects. I searched other solutions and finally after year of taking this supplement my blood test looks good! Now, I am taking is every few days, especially because I am vegan. I recommend this iron supplement form the bottom of my heart to everyone.
