Product is good, website not so much
Really had a hard time getting the order ti go through. Ended up in a loop between the cart and payment. Happened three times. Went back to website 3 days later and after two tries it finally went.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got a steam burn on her finger from a defective tea pot. She applied the burn ointment and it would nit stay where she put it. The ointment was too thin and did not stay on the burned area. My wife works in a professional kitchen and suffers frequent minor burns. She said that a jell consistency would have suited her needs better. The ointment did not pear to aid in healing.

Great small package to grab one when needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great size product, just the right amount of product for a normal size quick burn from the stove (such as grabbing a hot handle, pulling out and accidently touching a hot pan). Easy to dispense and tear the little packet open. The scent is what I anticipated for a burn cream so no surprise there. I would buy the product and keep in my kitchen for quick access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this package of burn cream. I really like how they are separate, one time use packages. I think this is nicer than having 1 big tube of burn cream. I think it keeps it more sanitary so you can use a pack and throw it out. Burns can easily get contaminated with infections so this definitely helps eliminate that possibility. Also, the packets are so small and lightweight that it is easy to throw one of these in the kids backpacks, my purse, husbands wallet, in the car, and anywhere else I think it might come handy!

Like product but shipping is costly
I would not recommend purchasing on-line from First Aid.com. Prices on the product where great but shipping is very costly...so not really a savings. Unless I find this product in-store or I'm offered a shipping discount on a minimum order, I will not be purchasing in the future.
