This is one of the few cold and flu medicines that actually make me feel better. The liquid gels are easy to swallow since they are smooth. The relief lasts for several hours. A great value for the price.

I really like how these work but the shape of the pill is awkward to swallow. I have never had issues talking other meds, but I dread these pills because they're too round and the feeling lingers in my throat. No doubt Alka Seltzer cold and flu daytime is better than DayQuil — works quickly and takes care of my runny nose, cough, headache. But my god, the packaging is impossible to open. I am 65 went to Disneyland walked 11 miles I was tired with a headache. My daughter gave me the seltzer I felt better went home so glad to get to bed. I could not sleep. A few days later I had another headache and again my daughter gave me the seltzer. I could not sleep the whole night. So since I could not sleep I looked up ingredients CAFFEINE. UGH

I tried the Alka-Seltzer Cold and Flu Power Max Gels (Maximum Strength/Day Non-Drowsy formula) when I recently experienced minor cold symptoms. Personally, I feel that the Alka-Seltzer cold remedy helped to alleviate my cold symptoms. I had a scratchy throat, itchy ears and nasal congestion and these symptoms improved after taking the product. The liquid gels were easy to swallow and they didn’t leave a bad taste in the mouth. Also, I didn’t feel overly drowsy after taking liquid gels. I expected the medication to be strong because it is a maximum strength formula, but I would not say that the medication was strongest in regards to alleviating my cold symptoms. Nevertheless, I feel the Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold and Flu PowerMax liquids gel is a decent cold remedy and I would recommend it.

Hello my fellow influencers and Pete's coming at you today with a review on Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold Orange Zest Effervescent Tablets, 20ct this is an absolute staple in my house fast acting quick relief little fizzy going down but in my opinion it's a lot faster working than most cold medicine. Just recently used this product. Inexpensive can't say enough good things about it it's been around for ages give it a shot. Tell me what you think?

We stocked up on this when the pandemic started and can regret it. It really has helped us with our cold during the tough months where all the medications where very picked over in stores. Not expensive, and I do recommend but I like my mucinex better.

This is my go to medication for sinus and congestion. They work incredibly well and do not make you drowsy at all.
