Pee on mattress

I perceive a smell in my room and did not know what it was. It kind of smells like pee but couldn’t locate the source until I decided to remove the pad from the mattress and the smell was coming from the inside, from the foam itself. It is pee. It smells like pee. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced from a “new” item. Very, very disappointing to receive an item that has pee from an animal or maybe human.
