    Product does it job ... Have to put it on the sides first for 10-15 minutes and then top for 5-10 minutes longer to actually get a consistent coverage. Process does take about 20-25 minutes. Not a problem.

    Coloring is too dark

    I wanted Light Brown coloring but my hair was dark brown after the process! I followed the instructions explicitly, allowing the coloring to be on my hair for exactly 5 minutes but it didn’t matter. My hair is Dark Brown. I had much better luck with the brush on coloring! The process was more difficult but the results were more acceptable

    It's a great product I used for 3 years. The problem is that light color is hard to ever find if ever. So what I do is lower from 5 minutes to 4.0 minutes. But now I found you having the correct product and cheaper is great and no shipping . As a top Google Reviewer, I will do a review on you as you are also cheaper than a store and not all colors are on the shelf, but you make the best long lasting fast simple way that nobody notices at all to rid that grey.
