The texture of the rice was gummy and I have had microwaveable rice that had better texture than this. I ate half of my bowl and tossed it.

    Healthy store packaged rice

You can add this to salads, have it as an option for a side, or even eat it alone as a meal- thats how good it is! It was so easy to make, and you get so much out of the bag!
