The price is right, but I have no way of knowing what it is doing in my body. All I have read says resveratrol is very good for maintaining one's health. I don't have a way to assess its quality, so I rely on NOW's good reputation.

Good for antioxidant properties

I don’t expect to notice any effects from using resveratrol but it is known to be a strong antioxidant which tends to have many positive effects and protection internally.

Was not effective

This supplement is recommended by a lot of the natural healing type doctors. I tried the Swanson's brand with no discernable results and thought I was see if the Now 200 mg. would be better. Sadly it was no different. I tried increasing the dosage from the one per day recommended to two capsules two times daily. Felt no difference. Perhaps resveratrol is just not for me or it could be doing good things that is just not apparent.

Better Capsule

I discovered that my system didn't dissolve gelatin capsules, so my previous brand was basically passing through me unabsorbed. This Now Foods resveratrol has a capsule that is easily dissolved, so I'm happy with it.

Smell

Great stuff

I like this particular brand becasue it's Trans-Resveratrol, which is the only form that actually helps your body. Don't waste your money on ordinary Resveratrol.

Natural Resveratrol

Even though I am a new customer for this product I have talk to many who say it works for them. I am on other medications at this time so I am only doing the minium dosage, but I have had no negative side effects so far.
