All the rage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been hearing great things about magnesium recently. I was hoping personally for improved restfulness and mental focus. I took the supplements along with my other medications and vitamins until the bottle was gone. I have not purchased another bottle. I have neither seen an improvement in those areas nor a decline when the bottle was complete. On a side note, I did not have any negative reactions either as some people were having GI concerns.
