Most fresh & strong pre-ground black pepper!
The best store bought ground black pepper. So fresh, aromatic and flavorful in recipes. I’m a pepper snob and put it on everything. Watkins is miles better than competitor name brands. Usually, pre-ground pepper loses a bit of its kick. This one does not. Perfect! Will always repurchase Also love the classy gold and black packaging.

The Best Black Pepper Money Can Buy
I usually buy whatever the store brand of Black Pepper is available. When I bought pepper about two months ago Target was out of their Good and Gather brand so I bought a can of Watkins Black pepper, even though it was double the cost. Well the first time I used it I could tell the difference right away and WHY it’s worth every extra penny they charge! It tastes like the Black pepper that both my Mom and Grandma used! Just excellent is how I would describe the taste! I’ll never go back to the store brands again. BTW, this is the Black Pepper that Grandma always bought from the Watkins Man that went door to door. She bought Watkins Baking Vanilla too, which I also buy and it’s absolutely the best Vanilla Extract that money can buy. Sometimes it’s really worth it to buy the more expensive brands.

Good black pepper
Good pepper but if you like the powdery ground black pepper, this isn’t quite that. Reading the reviews, I thought it would be, but this is just not coarse ground black pepper. Taste is good. Not sure why others said taste was bland.

No flavor
I either got a bad one or all the positive review people have never tried another brand. This is the most flavorless black pepper I have ever come across. I don’t even really like black pepper that much but now that I have this it is a flavor that I miss. I have use ton of this just to get a whisper of taste. So bizarre.

Great Products
Watkins products have been a part of life in this household for many years. My parents used to order Watkins Products through a traveling salesman when they lived in Northern MN on a farm. After moving to Minneapolis in 1968 they continued to use Watkins Products and passed that tradition on to me and my siblings. The Black Pepper, Cinnamon and Vanilla have been a staple ever since. Highly Recommend Their Products.
