I love this flavor! It's my favorite of all the Kodiak pancake mixes. Please continue to sell it. Everyone has different taste buds, so some people may think this flavor is sweet. I don't find it sweet at all, but it does have a nice fruit flavor to me. A wonderful blend of raspberry and lemon. Not overpowering, in my opinion. There are little chunks of dried raspberry in the mix, which I also like. I love to eat these with a little melted cream cheese and maple syrup on top.

These pancakes are a fun and easy way to get breakfast in and have some good protein with it to keep your energy lasting through out the morning. The chocolate pancakes are good enough where eating syrup with them feels wrong. Throw some peanut butter on there and you have a healthy reeses peanut butter pancake. Easy to make and easy to add extra protein by adding milk and an egg.
