Plastic bottle
Really was disappointed when I picked up this item to see that it was in a plastic bottle instead of glass! Won't be buying this again.

Good in so many things!

Once with my braised chicken and tomato recipe, amd another time with my freek pasta salad, and both times it came out perfect. A little goes a long way, and it's not a super overwhelming flavor. I highly recommend this flavor and brand for that perfect added taste.

Great Red Wine Vinegar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using Pompeian Organic Red Wine Vinegar, and I will say without a doubt that it will not be my last. I'm not usually too picky about brands, but this brand of red wine vinegar has a clear distinction from others I've tried in the past. So far I've used this for a salad dressing, marinade and in a stir-fry recipe - and every single one has exceeded the taste of the other. Would absolutely recommend Pompeian Organic Red Wine Vinegar!

I really like the flavor and taste it brought to our homemade salad dressings and marinades. It is nice that it is also organic. This does have the "mother", so you may need to filter or strain when adding to your favorite recipes, but the results are so worth this extra step. I am so glad that I was able to try this Pompeian product.

Kitchen Staple

During the warm months I like a basic oil and vinegar dressing for those salads and this Pompeian Organic Red Wine Vinegar is the best one I have ever used. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this in a couple different dishes: Stir frying Chinese food - great flavor & taste, and also as a marinade base for ribeye steaks that marinated overnight - wow, such a great taste and they were so tender! I will make sure that I have this on hand in my panty because it's so versatile and adds excitement to your dishes! A+ for a grade in my opinion. Much better for your health than some alternatives and very high-quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pompeian Organic Red Wine Vinegar is a little tangy, a little fruity and PERFECT for dressings and recipes. I really like that this vinegar is not only organic but it’s also unfiltered and contains the “mother”. With the vinegar potentially providing more health benefits because it contains the mother, I feel even better about buying and using this vinegar. The spout on the vinegar is nice because the size of the hole allows vinegar to pour out but at a rate slow enough that you can easily drizzle it directly over your salad greens. It’s naturally gluten free and doesn’t contain allergens if that’s a concern for your diet as well. Definitely grab a bottle of this and keep it handy for salads, sauces and more.

Raw is best!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy that Pompeian has made an organic raw unpasteurized red wine vinegar with the mother! I have been using another brand of apple cider vinegar with these properties for years, but haven't seen any other kind until now! I have a bottle of the regular Pompeian red wine vinegar and compared the two... both are delicious, but I prefer this organic variety. It has a slightly milder and more delicious flavor to me! Raw vinegar with the mother is known to have many health benefits so I am super stoked to have a different variety other than apple cider! I have made dressings with it, used it in marinades, and add a splash to veggies. It's so versatile and delicious on a variety of foods!
