Fantastic tasting enchilada sauce that is organic!

I love this brand of red enchilada sauce. I love that it is organic. It's the perfect consistency to pour over enchiladas. Great taste! I would prefer a medium level heat though. The only issue is that I can't buy it in store. So, the cans arrive bent when they're shipped sometimes.

New Mexico Hatch chiles have such a deep,unique flavor to them and this sauce is so much more flavorful than your average enchilada sauce. The green one is amazing too!

The best!

My go to enchilada sauce! Well, this one and the Siete brand (it’s more apple cider vengar-y though so more on the sweet side). The most authentic you can get without making your own. Very mild, not too spicy but just the right mix of spices for my family.

Beware

Chose because I wanted a mild sauce that did not have a lot of heat. To achieve less heat, this brand adds sugar. When I make Mexican savory dishes, I don’t want to taste sweet. Threw out an entire pan of chicken Enchiladas because of the sweet taste. My family did not like this sauce.
