1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil; salt to taste, if desired.
2. Add pasta and return to boil, stirring occasionally.

I really love this. Fits in my itty bitty colander. All Target pasta is first rate. Many other name and store brands have cheapened their products by adding durum flour. Not Target's G&G. 100% Semolina. Great texture and taste, and at .99c a real bargain.

For the love of god STOP BREAKING THE PASTA! Put regular sized pasta in the boiling water and stir it three times and the pasta will start to become tender and fit in the pot just fine. How are people even eating half sized pasta? Scooping it with a fork like a two year old??

I don't know who came up with the brilliant idea to see spaghetti noodles already broken in half but their genius. I always make a mess, flying pieces of noodles everywhere, when I break them to put in the pot. These elimate that and fit even in a small sauce pan! And they are a whole lot cheaper then full sized noodles but taste the same.
