Too Sweet
I love Siete brand and all the other products i've tried but this red encihlada sauce is too sweet. It tastes sweet and in my opinion does not taste like enchilada sauce. I made chicken enchilada soup that I could not eat, because it tasted too sweet. It also contains whole mustard seeds and when you make the mistake of biting into one, it's not pleasant.

I’ve been looking for a red enchilada sauce. I've never liked the old one that we all know too well. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for this enchilada sauce. I bought it because it had good reviews and wanted to try something different. I really liked it. So did my husband and son. I recommend this enchilada sauce.

This sauce is so delicious! I was raised on homemade Mexican food and learned to cook the food myself, so I’m used to Mexican food having a certain flavor. I decided to give this brand a shot and my family and I really enjoyed this sauce. I live that it’s a healthier alternative to other brands and I love that it has the authentic taste. Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed! I add a little bit of water to make it a little thinner but it doesn’t change the flavor at all.
