Impressive right out of the box

Love this steamer! This is my second one. My first one just broke after 5 years of EVERYDAY use. I had purchased a Conair one because this one was out of stock at the time, and hated it, it's trash compared to this one.

Refine and useful design
The dual-mode handle is incredibly convenient—I originally bought this steamer for delicate garments, especially for smoothing folds around the waistline, and it works wonderfully. I’m also planning to try it with the ironing set soon. The included pouring cup and silicone cord strap are thoughtful additions that make the overall experience even better. My only concern is how long the metallic finish on the water plug will last. It would be great if replacement plugs were available for purchase, as I’d love to keep my steamer looking its best for as long as possible.

Great and must have item for home and travel
This item is great because it's portable and it has a ironing plate which makes it very useful for travel. I also used to add home so I don't have to take out my iron. The steam comes pretty fast and I really like it when I use it on hanging garments. If you travel and you're in a hotel, you can layer clothes directly on the bed and use this product with ease.

Can’t Live Without It!
I purchased this wonderful steamer about 3-4 years ago. Seriously, can’t live without it. I use it daily to steam everything from clothes to curtains! I hate ironing and everyone knows it. I use this to steam my clothes, but it does double as an iron as well, but have not found that necessary. It creates a lot of steam and at a temperature that makes wrinkles disappear. Moreover, it’s perfect for traveling which we do on a monthly basis. It’s compact enough to put in a bag or suitcase. The best part is that when you steam it doesn’t drip or leak water all over the item you are trying to steam like many steamers I have tried. You’ve gotta try this HS100 model.
