Tastes good, is a little runny so just be aware of that if you don't have an outline to catch this icing. I used a knife to spread so it wouldn't be too thick. I will say 2 out of the 6 bags I got busted from a corner of the bag so it was hard to use (we couldn't use it from the piping tip once it had burst)

Worst frosting ever!
We couldn’t get it out of the bag! It was so thick and eventually I ended up using my full adult strength to push it out, but my teenagers couldn’t even budge it. The worst frosting ever! I was miserable and my hands hurt at the end.

Was pleasantly surprised that this frosting exceeded my expectations and was perfect to use for icing my gingerbread cookies. It tastes really good, REALLY good I promise! I wanted to eat it straight from the bag! Also, it was actually easier to use for decorating than the homemade icing I used in a piping bag. I will say the cap was difficult to get off but I want to buy more of these for more cookie decorating with my kids in the future.
