Lots of crumbs and tiny pieces

Lots of crumbs and tiny pieces... I understand some will break, but after buying 2 bags now, im not sure id try a 3rd due to the amount of tiny broken pieces and crumbs. Im going to try to mix in food but my cat loves the actual act of getting treats.

Terrible

Cat won't eat it. I mean that should be the very first step. They should make it where cats actually eat it. Tried on three separate cats. Three strikes. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.
