Large air bubbles in TWO new SPF25 cream containers
I won't be buying Origins after opening 2 new EXPENSIVE plantscription SPF25 cream containers and finding a large bubble of empty space in both containers. In fact, there were bubbles in ALL 6 cream containers of my EXPENSIVE recent purchases. See photos. I have loved and used your products for 25+ years. This has happened to me before. I cannot excuse it any longer. I cannot trust a company that doesn't send completely filled containers of wildly expensive products.

Been my go to combo anti-aging, moisturizer, and SPF in one.
No one knows I'm even in my 40s. This has helped me stay in my 20s. 😉 I've been using this as my last step in my routine for forever. Can't find any other reasonably priced options with all 3 benefits in one. I can't do 10+ steps, so combining is essential. I'm a lifer with this product and Origins.

Allergic reaction to this product
I used this cream 6 or 7 times during the first month after I purchased it. I didn't like the strong lemon scent but it seemed to moisturize my dry skin well. A few weeks later I developed an allergic reaction to it: about an hour after I apply it, my skin begins to burn. I reached out to customer service via online chat, but was told I would have to place a phone call during the week to request a refund. I placed that phone call a few days later and spoke with two different customer service agents at Origins, both of whom said they were unable to help with a refund request. The second agent said that a representative from Origins would reach out to me via phone to discuss the situation. That was three days ago. I won't buy Origins products again since their customer service is not responsive.

First, this product is part of the anti-aging line. With that said, if you are using ANY of the products in this line that contain retinoid/retinol, an SPF of 25 is insufficient (you need at least 30). Secondly, the quality of the product I received was poor. It was oily, chunky, and pilled on the skin after it dried.

Pricey but worth it!
I was hesitant to use this at first because I am a fan of Origins' Perfect World line. I was pleasantly surprised. Currently I use this after the Plantscription Multi Powered Youth Serum. It is light, protects (spf), and skin looks smooth and healthy.

I have applied this product in the morning but am left with a very greasy face. I have to blot my face so I am not so shiny. I am concerned I am blotting away the coverage of the spf. The non-spf version does not do this.

I use this at night and day. I normally put it on early so if I am putting on makeup it's smooth. my skin looks and feels soft.

Bring back the oil free version
I liked the oil free Power Anti Aging Cream. This cream makes me break out but the oil free version was perfect. I always used it in the summer when I was out in the yard mowing or working in the garden. I will simply add this to the endless list of products that I loved and bought but were discontinued for whatever reason. Have no idea what I will do now and no I don't want anything Dr. Weil, not impressed with his products at all. United State Toner Perfect World Toner No Puffery Origins tinted lip balm Plantscriptions Oil free Anti aging cream I have actually stopped giving positive reviews because I'm afraid the powers that be will discontinue the product. I'm sure this moisturizer is fantastic if you have dry skin but for me the oil was too much.

Not for me
I absolutely love Origin's Plantscription serum (and multiple other of their products) so wanted to give this a try. I applied it twice… both times felt super greasy and would not absorb- even overnight I woke up shiny. I imagine trying to layer any kind of makeup on it would be a nightmare. I had to return it :(

I have used this product for many years now and I love the quality and performance. However, it's really disappointing to open a new jar and see that it has a huge air pocket which reduces the quantity of a very expensive jar of cream. Additionally, the price is becoming prohibitive. I'm on a fixed income and cannot sustain rapidly increasing prices. For the first time in 20 years, I'm looking for other more affordable products.

Plantscription SPF - totally pleased
I've been using Plantscription for a couple of months and decided to try the line's SPF cream. FYI, I am very sensitive to both natural and synthetic fragrance, and dislike the aroma of most chemical sunscreens. I was very pleased with this, as the fragrance is light and doesn't last. The product is emollient without being heavy or greasy. Wish it weren't so expensive, but it will last - even when I use it on my forearms. I'm always looking for the more perfect sunscreen and use the Ginzing SPF40 also. I'm planning to try the Mega-Bright.

I'm no one to say anything, but I do agree with some of the customers comments on here. The value in some of your products is decreasing and yet prices keep going up. Please consider bouncing back to where things were 10 years ago. This has always been an excellent skincare line but your cosmetic line was also just as good and could have excelled had you guys hired better management and made better decisions. Listen to some of your customer facing employees! Please I urge you to do so

ANOTHER item discontinued - Origins is sabotaging itself
Great product I've been using for probably 6 years now, but it's being DISCONTINUED. Origins really has been circling the toilet bowl since last year, when they closed all but 3 stores in the U.S. and let countless amazing, Frontline workers go. Their toll-free customer service also used to be great, but they now have a lot of apathetic people answering calls, which is beyond disappointing. I hate to say it, but my 16 years of Origins loyalty appears to be coming to an end, and it's all self-inflicted by a company which seems to be imploding due to poor leadership. I wish you luck, Origins. As you pare down your once-great skin care products, I will begin to look elsewhere since you cannot be relied on to keep consistent products in stock or in production. Three stars for the product - minus 2 stars for the truly awful people who are making choices which will ultimately bankrupt Origins as a company.

AFTER TRUSTING ORIGINS PRODUCTS FOR YEARS, THEY CHANGED INGRIENDIENTS IN THIS PRODUCT AND I DIDN'T KNOW. I HAD THE WORST HIVES, ITCHING, REDNESS, IN MY LIFE, ALL OVER MY FACE, NECK AND CHEST WITHIN 2 HOURS OF USING THIS PRODUCT.
