Adverse Side Effect
They seemed to help calm him down and listen better, but after about a week of taking them daily my son vomitted one night and I noticed his bowels were loose and more frequent. His appetite also had decreased. I stopped giving them to him and his appetite resumed and bowels returned to normal. Guess they don’t agree with him.

Wrong type of magnesium...
These gummies have magnesium citrate / oxide which is great for digestion. What you really want for relaxation is magnesium GLYCINATE which promotes relaxation. Anyways. I bought these for my kids and did not see any difference.

I tried the kids chillax Gummies with my three-year-old boy and my six-year-old boy to see if they might help with winding down and calming big kid energy. The kids definitely enjoyed taking them. They like the taste and now I had no problem eating the Gummies at all. However, I personally didn’t notice much of a calming or chillax effect after giving them. My kids seem to enjoy them like a regular gummy vitamin, but I didn’t see a noticeable difference in their energy levels or behavior. That said, they were easy to give, and the kids like them, which is always a plus with anything vitamin related. For us, they felt more like a regular gummy supplement, rather than something that truly helped with calming or relaxation. Overall, there are kid, friendly, gummy, that children will happily eat!

Helpful for rest and relaxation
The Olly Chillax kids vitamin helps my child with autism feel calm as needed. I like the natural ingredients that are necessary and aid in positive benefits for physical and mental health. We use if feeling overwhelmed during the day as well as if our brain needs a rest at night. Texture is great. The lemon was a little bit of an adjustment flavor but my son became receptive over time.

Very helpful for those who struggle to wind down.
My son has always struggled with a racing mind before bedtime. We started incorporating these into his routine and it has made a big difference for him. He takes two about an hour before bedtime to start winding down and he actually feels calm and relaxed. The ingredients are safe and effective and the taste/smell are similar to a fruit snack.

A Miracle Sent from Heaven. Hands down the most tasty vitamin. I tell my daughter that I wish they made candy like this bc I would snack on it all day! Its a Deliciously bright citrus flavor gummy. I have a wonderfully energetic 9 year old who struggles with sleeping though the night due to her ADHD. We also take the Olly melatonin which helps her fall asleep but inevitably she wakes up between 3-4am every night. She has essential oils for relaxation, a dim night light, sound machine, weight blanket, and a weight stuffed animal. She's set up with everything that you can think of to keep her feeling secure and relaxed but not until we tried the Chillax gummy has she been able to get an uninterrupted nights sleep. This has been a game changer and I cannot speak highly enough about it.

Hit or miss
When you have 2 kids that are high energy you want to give them something to support them and allow them to succeed we tried these in school to help them calm down and focus on their work and they are a hit or miss for my son at first they were calming him down but my daughter they seem to not have any effect

Disappointed
Fruit juice should be first in the ingredients and no glucose syrup or sugar. It doesn't need two forms of sugar! Just disappointed in these companies. It's not complicated, do the right thing.

Caused allergic reaction- proceed with caution!
I would give this product zero stars if I could! If anything, it made my child more hyperactive and caused her eyes to become swollen. These gummies also have a VERY STRONG lemon taste, which made my kid reluctant to eat it. Also, it contains mag citrate which is poorly absorbed and typically used as a laxative/stool softener rather than for a calming effect. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
