Would not buy again

We bought this chair at the end of August 2024 for my husband. It is technically sold through Target Plus, which is kind of bad, because it means that Target can't help with returns. One of the bolts sheared off in September 2025 and I have been emailing back and forth with customer service for the manufacturer, only to be told that because it's one month out of warranty, they can't do anything. They won't even provide a partial refund or a replacement part, and because it was sold through Target Plus (aka shipped from the manufacturer), Target will not do anything either. This is very disappointing and I will not be buying anything from Target Plus again because of it.

Good enough

The box arrived damaged, but luckily the chair parts were intact. The massage feature is not impressive, all of the settings feel very similar and are simply a vibrating sensation. The chair arrived without assembly instructions. Since I have put together office chairs before and there are YouTube videos for similar chairs, it was fairly straightforward to put together. The chair sits high even in its lowest position, so it does not fit under the desk I bought it for. It is sturdy, however, which is a main feature I was looking for. I will put the desk on risers in order to accommodate it.

This chair is worth every penny! This chair was easy to assemble because the instructions was very simple and clear. The chair itself looks very nice. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in! The chair also comes with different messaging modes and just does a great job at relaxing your muscles while sitting in it during work for hours and hours. Overall, this was an amazing purchase!

This is an awesome chair! It is very comfortable and well made. It is heavy and sturdy with a wide seat. It is much bigger than the other office chair in my house. It is perfect for my big and tall husband. The massage feature is nice too if you spend a lot of time working in the chair. All together this was a fantastic buy!

Great heavy duty chair

I purchased this chair initially because my other one was failing apart. I looked at a lot of chairs and did a ton of research which lead me to this chair. This chair is extremely comfortable and well built. We appreciate having good products we can rely on. It looks and feels like it will last for years to come for my daily use.I\'m super happy with the purchase of this chair and look forward to many future gaming sessions sitting in comfort!
