I have tried ordering this rug twice. The first time ordering I received the wrong sized rug. The second time I ordered, I received a used rug that was folded instead of rolled. This current rug is filthy and smells like cow manure. You can clearly tell it has been used, returned and resold. Highly dissatisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way this rug looks but 1) it's been over a week and it's still lumpy in some places, 2) it sheds like crazy, every time I sit on the rug I'm covered in fibers, 3) it's kind of scratchy, hoping it will soften over time, and 4) it's easy for a cat to pull up the loops of the rug. Tolerating it because it's a pain to return and it looks great, but wish it was a win all around.

Obsessed!!! This is the cutest rug with the perfect thickness. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five is it is a little itchy/scratchy so it’s not ideal for my baby learning to crawl and it does shed quite a bit on your clothes. I have noticed the shedding going down though over the past couple weeks so hoping it will stop all together!

It's exactly as it shows on the pictures and is amazing quality. I didn't struggle to unroll it and it doesn't require to be "straightened" out as a lot of other rugs tend to stay with rolled in corners. It's super soft and thick. My client loved it.

There was nothing I could I could do to get it to stop . This is NOT a high traffic area so this is very troubling to me. It appears that the fabric was too tightly bound because it literally is coming apart on its own - without anyone touch this area or walking on this area.

I love it so much. Love how the color complements my space. I know it’s wool so I expect it to shed and not be a super soft pile. I read a lot of reviews on the shedding so I knew a wool rug like this would be best in an area that doesn’t get foot traffic constantly for that wool to shed a lot or to stick to company or move around more. Dining room is perfect. It’s great quality and I’m so happy we got it!
