Healthy equilibrium

So many things in one supplement
Ten years ago I suffered an autoimmune attack of several glands, including thyroid. We just didn’t know I couldn’t convert oral medicine until recently. So in the decade long quest to feel better, I researched and tried about everything. Discovered I had one faulty MTHFR gene and was looking for a methylfolate and that’s how I found CodeAge Life. I was delighted to find it included so many OTHER ingredients I had also decided were actually helpful, such as Ashwaganda and others. It’s dumb, but I’m about as delighted at the cleared space I now have since I don’t have to buy everything separately. 😊
