A: Thank you for your question. We do always recommend that you talk with your doctor before starting supplements to make sure this is the right formula for you as an individual. According to your clinical study,there were statistically significant improvements in every measure of iron status: Serum Ferritin, Hemoglobin and Total Body Iron Stores all increased.There were also statistically significant decreases in the severity and frequency of fatigue. Additionally, there were no reports of negative GI side effects typically associated with iron supplementation (e.g. nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation). I was anemic for 2
I was anemic for 2 yrs and after using Blood Builder supplement for 2 wks, my light headedness stopped. After 6 wks my hemoglobin was at a normal level. I did not take the iron prescription given to me by my dr. due to its side effects. Even the dr. was surprised at my improvement and asked what I was taking. I take one daily supplement every day and have recommended it to so many friends.

I wanted to share with you that my husband and I have been loving all the Mega Food vitamins, especially the Blood Builder. My husband's oncologist told him that he was very anemic and needed to use an iron skillet for cooking. I then showed him the Blood Builder vitamins, and he approved. His latest lab results were significantly improved. I shared my story to my co-workers and frends. I tried to refer them to your website, unfortunately the referral link is not working. I have been taking MegaFood
I have been taking MegaFood Blood Builder since August 2024, due to my persistent anemia and poor nutritional absorption, resulting from surgery to repair a bleeding ulcer in 2012. I had been taking a children’s multivitamin with iron, for over 10 years without any noticeable improvements. In 2022, as my anemia and other lab values worsened, I was referred to a doctor specializing in Oncology & Hematology. In August 2024, we discussed my decreasing lab values and decided to make some changes. I started taking the Blood Builder twice daily, for the increased iron, in an effort to improve my Hemoglobin and Hematocrit. In February 2025, I also switched my children’s multivitamin to a Prenatal Vitamin, which had increased amounts of vitamin and mineral supplements. In August 2025, my lab values were showing considerable improvements and my Oncologist/Hematologist remarked that the Blood Builder and the recent addition of a Prenatal Vitamin were having a positive effect on my lab values. Now, I take the Blood Builder only once per day and I am continuing to take a Prenatal Vitamin, as well, because it also contains a much needed copper and other supplements.

Saved me!!!!!
I love these I feel like they saved me!!! I was struggling with feeling cold, dizzy, heart palpitations, and feeling like I was going to faint- primarily around time of the month. Started taking these and it took maybe a week but it was night and day difference, I’m not a doctor but I really feel like they saved me. I try to take with food but a few times I didn’t and no nausea at all. Love these!
