Pros: I can tell they’re helping with the symptoms, both day and night. The pill is technically smaller but only in length. Cons: The medication dosages aren’t on the plastic bottles at all. I find this to be a dangerous oversight as it’s unusual and inconvenient to keep the cardboard box. The convenience of the “concentrated” formula doesn’t really seem worth the additional cost; they’re still fat pills to be swallowed and the dosage is the same (2 pills at a time for adults). The nighttime doesn’t necessarily make me drowsy (though I’ve had success in the past with this brand). I’m not a fan of the metallic sheen on the pills; its like they’re more “artificial” or something but that’s just a personal preference and its medication so I know I’m not expecting a natural product here.

Best cold meds
This is my preferred cold medicine. Easier to take and you don’t have to mess with the packaging.

Extremely Effective
I was feeling absolutely awful. Body aches, chills, deep cough, stuffed up, nauseous, headache, high fever. Turned out to be COVID. I didn’t know it at the time I bought these. The first dose helped a little. The second dose I felt 80% better overall. I know it was these. These were the only medicine I took. When it was close to time to take the next dose the symptoms would return. I had the liquid NyQuil on hand but the nausea made it impossible to stomach.
