Good Flour
Love this flour. Tried the cheddar biscuits recipe on package. They all crumbled. Not sure what I might have done wrong. Disappointing. However, I have used this flour in other things and it works great.

This is my favorite flour. I don't get a grainy texture in my cookies like I do with some other brands. It isn't available in my area, so I order lots of it. The good people at King Arthur informed me that I can freeze it.

The BEST Flour Ever
My family loves my pancakes and waffles made with KA flours! Believe it or not, they can taste shortcuts with other brand mixes. Besides, it’s so much easier for me to throw together pancake batter from start anyhow. But, I will say that KA mixes they sell are no muss, no fuss in using them too. I don’t use much self rising flour, using AP flour 99% of the time. I consider AP the most versatile. You just add a little salt & baking soda and/or baking powder for your self rising flour or gluten for bread flour or a little corn starch for baking flour.
