Inedible
Noodles completely fell apart before the cooking time was up. Half the noodles were rock hard and inedible. I ended up throwing away both boxes.

Stuffed shells
I really like that I can make stuffed shells again. It's been a long time since I have been able to make them, I have not been able to find them anywhere. I'm glad that I bought a least four boxes this time. On the down side, wish that more came in the box, I had to use two boxes get enough to use for a 9X13 pan. One box made a 8X8 pan.

Best GF Grand Pasta Shell
These are great when stuffed with mushroom/meat mixture, or other stuffing. They held their shape well during the cooking process and didn't collapse when baked in a casserole.

Don't waste your money
I was very excited to find GF jumbo shells, but when they arrived, over half of them were in small pieces. So, I only cooked the ones that were intact shells and followed directions. When I strained them, there were only 2 shells intact; the rest were in small pieces. What a disappointment and a waste of $8 ($3 cost plus $5 shipping). In the future, I'll use regular size GF pasta that I can buy at my store and I'll put the filling on top of it.

Excellent tasting rice noodles (wheat free)!
Tinkyada has done it again, creating wonderfully tasting and textured rice noodles for our gluten free, nut free, dairy and egg free diet at home. The whole family eats these and they are much enjoyed!
