This product is useless. After multiple attempts it pulled out 1 singular hair. Going from one end of the house to the other to reheat it for every strip isn't feasible. It rolls on unevenly and doesn't even stick to the hair and it's impossible to roll on 2 layers because the roller gets stuck.

Yes it does not get all the hair the first rip and yes you have to go over the same spot at least twice but it does take the hair all off eventually. Cons of this item it does run out fast so buy at least 2 packages

I just bought this yesterday to wax my legs and I think it's an ok product. I heated the roller in water on the stove per the instructions. You can microwave it as well. It hardens too fast in my opinion when you have to let it cool down; making it difficult to glide smoothly when applying. I had to reheat it. The wax started to come out of the sides of the roller a little bit.It pulled a decent amount of hair off but not all. I like the strips it came with. You can wash them and it says you can use them again. I didn't want to shave (in hopes waxing would keep my legs smooth for a while) but after trying this it seems shaving would be less time consuming and you can get all of the hair off. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Did nothing. I followed the directions, both from the insert and by watching videos made by the company. My hair is long enough. I was freshly showered and fully dried. It lifted maybe 1/3 of the hairs (if that)

I wanted to love this since it would make it so easy to wax! Unfortunately, I’ve tried this product three times, and each time it has been uncomfortable, frustrating, and doesn’t do at all what is advertised. The wax would not take any hair at all even when heated up correctly, and would only leave my skin red and irritated. I hope to see Schick do a better job of listening to their customers and fixing their products!

I usually use hard wax on my leg, but the sugar wax is so much better in my opinion. It's a way faster process and easier to work with. Just remember to take the plastic cover from under the top. Also you should let your hair grow out so that the wax can grab everything!

thin layer on one section of my leg. ripped out 30% of the hair. tried another thin layer, same section. nothing. tried a thicker layer, 3 swipes on another section. again 30-40% of hair. i've waxed my legs a month ago so this new growth is fine and COULDN'T wax off. finished legs with Sally Hansen. used this product's post-wax wipes. they burn from the fragrence. skimpy number of strips. convenient package design, little to NO RESULTS. for reference, im 24, brunette, fine hair while testing. good luck pookies

I'm not new to waxing. I've tried it all. Wax beads, nads, traditional shaving, sugar waxing tubs of sugar waxing with wooden spatulas. Less expensive than a salon, this is the ticket. Easy application, accurate warming instructions, no sticky mess, washes away cleanly. Only improvement is could have double the fabric strips.

0/10 - the wax either gets SUPER hot to stay malleable or it gets too thick right away. Absolutely not effective when removing hair, half the time the wax didn’t remove anything! Not to mention it’s insanely painful. Just go to your local salon.

I really wanted to give this product a great review. The product seems to work well but I find it so disturbing that even with a good clean up after using the product and replacing the lid back on tight, I opened it days later to find tiny ant like bug inside the wax container!!! I know for a fact I cleaned everything well after using because I didn’t want it to get ruined the next time I needed it. I have zero big issues in my home. The product was in a cool dry place as instructed. So I feel nervous to buy this product again. Nothing on the packaging says anything about the is as a possible outcome if you don’t store correctly after first use. Please let me know if anyone else has had this issue or if it’s just a bad luck. Again the product worked on my legs but unless you use it all in one day, be careful of where you store it I guess?

Me and my friend bought this product today and we bought 2 wax. And when we apply it on body then it didn’t pull off hairs smoothly. It’s too painful even we heat exactly. I got infected by this and there are so many red bumps on my body because of this useless product. I do not recommend this at all and just stay away from fake advertisement of that hydro silk wax.
