Q: I ordered two of the brown ones. They are different shades of brown, one more speckles while the other lines going across. I checked the orders. Same lamp. Do I order a third? Not sure how to return to get two of the same kind or is this normal?

    Missing parts

    I ordered 2 each costing $89.98 when they arrived one lamp was perfect the other one was missing the harp and the finial ( the decorative bolt to hold the lamp shade in place)! I made a call to get parts was told parts cannot be sent. I was told to return lamp with missing parts at no cost for shipping but was concerned next lamp too might be missing parts. I had to locate new harp and tried to find decorative finial. Quite disappointing especially for the amount of money spent.

    Poor quality

    I can’t imagine paying full price for this lap. The quality is not great and the amount of light it gives off is laughable. Where the lamp neck connects to the base it is wobbly even after I tightened it. Maybe I got a dud but I’m just not impressed. I have bought lamps from target in the past and been so impressed but this one is disappointing.

    Inconsistent Quality

    I purchased two of the off white lamps. One came in perfect condition, but the second one came with black marks and the lamp shade is broken. There is no option to return and they will send you a replacement. You can only return, and re-order and now the lamp is $15 more than what I purchased it for. They should honor what you originally paid for since it’s not your fault if the item arrives damaged.

    Damaged lamp shade

    I ordered two of these lamps one came with the damaged lampshade. So I called customer service and they said I could return it to the store but they won't take it back and send me another one so I'd have to reorder it. It is now $20 more for the lamp and shade. What the heck?
