Betty Crocker Oreo White Cake - 9.3oz

This is the best cake mix if you are a fan of cookies and cream. It didn't last 24 hours in my house. I put the crumbles in the mix. I also used extra Oreos (not included) that I bought to decorate the outside. It was so delicious. I used 2 box mixes for 2 x 9 inch round pans and 2 jars of frosting.

So small!!! don't waste your money. Just buy reg cake mix and add your own oreos!

This is such a disappointing product. The cake mix is half the size of a regular cake mix and cost twice as much. I’m so disappointed in this appears to have replace another brand’s Oreo cake mix. I am a hobby baker and Oreo was my most popular cake but I will now be going back to making it from scratch as it’s absolutely not economical to use this product.

The taste is good, but the actual mix is less than a normal box of cake mix. It's almost half. So when you bake, it either comes out really thin or just not enough cake. I make a oreo Tres Leche cake and i have to use 2 boxes so it hits 3/4 of a square pan. Disappointing

This is more expensive than other boxed cake mixes, which I assumed was just because of the oreo name but there are only 6 servings in this box vs 10 servings in all the other Betty crocker cake mixes. The boxes are all the same size, so it's deceiving. Inflation at its finest, I guess. Won't buy again.

Oreo is no longer oreo. Tastes so bad

If you’re use to baking from scratch, don’t bother with this. Flavor was flat and disappointing with a hint of yucky preservatives. I got this as a quick cupcake activity to do with my kids and majority of them are still sitting untouched two days later.

I’m just wondering if you can make soft cookies from this cake mix? I have done so before of course but it was using a regular cake mix which called for eggs oil and milk. This one is just add water so I not sure how I’d go about doing it?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "cake" or middle portion of this dessert is basically, in my opinion, a pudding like mixture that tastes just like the Oreo filling. When refrigerated for a while, it is at its best. Then, if you let it freeze for a few minutes, you end up with a mixture that tastes like and appears to be the white filling itself, with crushed Oreos mixed throughout. It makes me wonder if it actually is made up of the exact same thing that the white filling is made of. It's certainly close. If there is something I would improve or change with this dessert, it would be the consistency of the included Oreos. They are already crushed, to an extent. However, they are not crushed well. There are large pieces throughout the mixture, some that are very nearly an entire in tact cookie.. I would like to see this crushed up completely, into a cookie crumble. This of course can be done yourself before opening the cookies, I know. So it's not really a big deal. Overall, I would call this dessert very good, but not as good as it could be. One other thing is the amount you end up with. I would love to see a portion that is slightly larger. If you are a big Oreo fan, you should love this dessert!

Really simple has a great taste. It is sweet The frosting was fantastic with it, and the Oreo crumbles on top gave her a nice little crunch. I would definitely buy this in the future.

And it only took that long because I had to limit the number that people were eating so they didn’t get sick! These are easy to make and kind of taste like a cake version of cookies and cream ice cream. Highly recommend.

Delicious and light you can really taste the cookie in the batter and it’s so quick and easy to make and it is very versatile into making a cake, cupcakes or even little cake pops

I prefer ice cream cake and so does my son who is 13. I pick this up because my kid loves Oreo anything and figured why not try it. Let me say he loved this product t and almost ate the whole cake before I even got a piece and he never eats cake. The cake was moist and the icing that goes with the cake was just right. I will def. Be purchasing this product again for any birthday my son has or for just because. He loves it and has already asked me to buy some more.
