Q: could you please tell me if the ladder can be installed in the header as well as the footer in this bunk bed? I would like to put it in a corner and can only be possible is the ladder is on the footer

Q: What s the measurement of the be when the trundle is used in total? how big should the room be? and what should be the high of the ceilings? Thank you.

  • A: Hello there, The trundle bed when fully extended measure approximately 98 inches for the far side of the bed to the near side of the trundle. The height of this bed is approximately 63.25 inches. We recommend a ceiling height of about 8 feet for this product.

  • A: Hello there, This product is manufactured in our factory in Vietnam. Both bunks are weight tested to a resting weight of 400 pounds.

Delayed Shipping & Missing Part

Just received this bed and have all the parts except for one. Company is non-responsive and will not help replace the missing part so we are very frustrated. Shipping was also delayed so now we are without a bed for much longer than planned without a solution in sight. I would not recommend this bed or company. FYI: Target was extremely helpful, but Max & Lily was not responsive to this issue.
