    Versatile!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy couscous in to make, simply boil some water, dump it in, and cover the pot. The turmeric pearl couscous was a new flavor for me but I enjoyed it. I add butter and spices to my water while cooking to give it a richer flavor. It’s the perfect base for a lot of dishes, much like rice. I also like the consistency of pearl couscous as it has a firmer texture and is bigger than regular couscous. That being said it’s not “fluffy” like regular couscous. I was able to add a meat and veggie for a well rounded meal. One day when I was short on time to cook ate just couscous to hold me over and it was extremely filling! Overall a great staple to have in your cupboard because you can make a variety of dishes with it!

It mentions approximately 2 cups for quantity. I got roughly 2 1/2 cups when I made the entirety of it. It is very versatile with how it can be made and served. I will be getting more.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well.. I'll admit I'm not a huge consumer of couscous so I'm not super familiar with how it's supposed to taste.. But this one seems super bland to me.. Almost just like plain noodles even though this one is supposed to come pre-season? They might be amazing as far as couscous goes, but as a side dish they are just okay.. I probably wouldn't recommend them. Easy to cook though!

    A really good staple in my household

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed this claim. It’s a staple in my household when we don’t want to cook or eat rice. I cook it according to the instructions on the back but sometimes I’ll replace the water with chicken broth! It’s a very good portion and a little bit does go a long way as these expand when cooked. It’s very flavorful and the turmeric flavor isn’t too strong.

They're quick and easy to make, the texture is perfect and they go great with pretty much anything you make for dinner.     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this product! I’m obsessed with cooking couscous and making different recipes. I’m also a bit lazy- so this was perfect! All you have to do is boil it and add some other ingredients and you’re good to go! The texture was great, the amount was amazing for the value, and it looked amazing when it was all prepped and ready to go! The clean up is super easy and overall it’s my newest diet staple for lunch and dinner.

    Decent rice alternative

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a pretty great alternative from eating rice but it doesn’t have any flavor just very bland. No matter what you add to it to spice it up it tastes like nothing really. I had it with meat and gravy and still couldn’t get through it. Gonna try making it again and add a twist to it .

It was amazing the texture the color for your mix of other entrees was beautiful. This RiceSelect Pearl Couscous was easy to prepare within 10 minutes, so super quick for us busy mommas. It has a long shelf life because a little goes a long way as well so monetarily efficient and there was no weird texture or after taste, truly something I am happy to have tasted. 10/10 recommend!

    Oh my god is this good!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love couscous but had never tried Pearl couscous before. It was easy to cook over the stove top, just needed boiled in water. Now that I've tried it I don't ever want to go back to the small grain kind! The texture of this Pearl version was so good and soft. The turmeric flavor was delicious as is and didn't need anything added to it, but I've also tried it with sauce over it and it's fantastic either way! The turmeric isn't overpowering, it just adds a nice subtle flavor. I loved it so much that this is something I will make sure I have on hand at all times.
