Only use this product for the first time. twice in my workout. the first time during my workout when i broke sweat. my entire body felt tingling everywhere and not a good feeling. felt like somwthing crawling all over my skin. then the second time in a while tried it again and same affect. disappointment in this. because no other pre-workout made me have a reaction like that. Ususally i use oxyshred pre-workout and no problem during my workouts. i will stick with alani energy drinks no problem there.

Great!

This is a pretty decent preworkout supplement for someone who needs a little pick me up before their workout. Each scoop has 200mg of caffeine, the taste is really good (the Juicy Peach flavor is my favorite from all the other flavors I've tried) and I experienced no negative side effects (tingling, jitters, upset stomach, etc.)
