So I’m barely entering into my fitness era, and as I was researching highly recommended pre-workout powder, Bloom popped up. It did not disappoint! The taste is amazing and it just improved my workout overall! I highly recommend!!

Flavor is fine but makes me feel so so sick. Nauseous and headache all day. Definitely follow the directions and start with a half a scoop first and see if you need more.

Not only does it taste good, it actually works when I use these I have enough energy to do a good workout and still have energy to go about my day. Not only have I noticed a difference my partner has too! Used to I had to have a nap during the day now I can make it until bedtime without one! Definitely worth the money!

I liked the effects, but not the flavor. The flavor is Sour Peach Ring but there is nothing sour or even tart about it. it's more on the sweet side which is not what I was looking for.

I cant say if the product works or not because I can't drink it. I purchased the strawberry margarita flavor and it is grainy and tastes very artificial. Unfortunately, Bloom doesn't allow for exchanges or refunds. Dont waste your money!

I ordered the pre-workout in Glacier Ice, but received sour gummy. I tried it, thinking I might get used to it, but, it is way too sweet for me, so I probably won't use it. I am hoping I can send it back for Glacier Ice.

It's pretty mild as far as a pre-workout goes. The Bahama mama tastes really good. I prefer a pre with a little more kick, but this was okay for something different. I think someone who wasn't used to caffeine and the beta tingles might get more out of it. I'd be more likely to use it during the day for a pick me up.
