Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein Powder - Vanilla - 20 Servings

This is my favorite collagen I've ever tried of all the major brands out there! It's the only one with all the essential amino acids. Most collagen is lacking the amino acid trytophan and therefore, collagen is not considered a complete protein because of that. However, because this Multi Collagen uses over 10 different sources for their collagen (versus bovine or marine only), it contains all the essential amino acids, including trytophan, making it a complete protein source! This is critical for optimal bioavailability when it comes to choosing your protein sources. This is also the only collagen I've ever had that doesn't cause GI issues for me (regulariy issues) and is soothing to my stomach. I think that's because it's fermented first. I love the vanilla flavor! I know some people hate stevia, so if that's you, you won't like this, but I love it. It has a rich vanilla cake flavor. I stir a scoop of it in my oatmeal and no longer have to add flavorings or sweeteners! I'm not big on adding collagen to coffee; I hate powders all in my coffee, so I've also used this in a smoothie aside from using it in oatmeal. After the last few months of using it, I've noticed my skin glows, my hair is glowing, and my nails are so long! I've never been able to tolerate other collagen brands to see an effect like this. I'll continue to use this. I just wish Target sold the larger 16 ounce containers they sell versus these small 7 ounce ones.

Def a yummy n easy way to add protein in. Got a deal for this 2 for 25 bucks. Only thing is it wasn’t filled up as much as the pic shows.

Love the collagen powder. The powder is fine and easily dissolved in water or milk. No after taste either. I usually prefer liquid collagen, but will use this powder from time to time.

The vanilla flavor is perfect to put in my coffee and has 10 different types of superfoods to help with joint pain and healthy skin and nails. It tastes great and is easy to blend together. Can take it literally anywhere I go and is so quick and simple to use.

Could smell vanilla over everything else when snelling the powder and when mixed into a smoothie you can barely taste anything except vanilla.

Effectively formulated, no grainy or gelatinous texture. I’ll absolutely be buying this again. The package is small enough to fit easily inside a cabinet but large enough that it’s lasted me a couple months with regular use. The plastic scoop provided allows for perfect dosage. I really enjoy this product. Curious if there are more flavors or variations. I’m off to find out!

Uses stevia as a sweetener. Next time I will purchase the unflavored one. I’ve been adding it to my morning coffee and I love how I don’t feel hungry and feel like my blood sugars feel more balanced. I’ve only been taking for 5 days so haven’t noticed huge changes yet. Seems promising tho!

I have decreased bone loss on my bone density test! I use it in smoothies and stews or in a glass of 2% milk No sugar needed.

No weird aftertaste, and I’ve noticed stronger nails and more hydrated skin after a few weeks. Super easy on my stomach too. Definitely a keeper!

Delicious Put in with black Columbian coffee and I am IN HEAVEN with the flavor!!! Purchased the no flavor one too and I will be combining them because I wish I bought 2 vanilla! So tasty and delicious!!

I can't speak much on the flavor since I add it to my iced coffee (cold brew concentrate, oat milk, 2 scoops powder) but I definitely didn't notice any weird gritty texture. I also like the idea of being able to add it to pancakes or over night oats or w/e
