Good Pre workout Drink

I originally got this to use as a pre workout drink. It has a good amount of caffeine and sodium for those of us that sweat a lot. I’ve also found that it’s beneficial to drink after mowing grass or working out in the yard. You can drink it after your workouts as well. If this is the type of thing you’re looking for, I would suggest giving this brand a try!
