Absolutely not. They taste terrible and left me bloated for hourrrrs. Never again.

I was backed up all day. Bought this and took the recommended dose and followed the instruction to drink the appropriate amount of water. Had a bowel movement within 90mins of taking the chews. I feel so relieved.

This gummy product contains way too much sugar and corn syrup and fructose to be good for you. There is just as much magnesium in the liquid Citrate of Magnesium as the gummies without the sugars

Explosive result From full adult dose. Worked quickly but caused cramping. I would recommend starting with one chew or half adult dose.

They don’t work in 30 mins - 6 hours. It’s been 24 hours and I’ve taken 4 and no results. The powder does the same thing. These are not fast acting.

Oh my god these are so disgusting. Somehow they manage to be chalky and fruity at the same time.

This helped get things moving along when things weren’t naturally moving along on their own. Didn’t experience any discomfort or additional bloating from taking these. Taste so-so, but I imagine more pleasant than drinking a solution and flavors isn’t really a factor for me when judging medicine. Worked subtly which is exactly what I was hoping for.
