It’s gentle on the stomach

It doesn't have a weird taste like some have. It also hasn't made my stool pitch black, which I quite love as that always makes me paranoid.

I will update this review after I complete the bottle and can see if my day to day energy and iron levels have actually increased. The good of it so far is no aftertaste and it’s easy on the stomach. Some iron supplements have caused constipation and these have not had that effect on me. They are small and easy to swallow.

I love that I can take an iron supplement with no side effects and Feosal Complete with Bifera enhances absorption with two forms of iron. I would prefer if it didn’t contain added artificial colors.
