Broken upon arrival

I was very disappointed when I opened my order today and noticed that both blushes was broken. I love the colors and the shimmering m, so I will return and hopefully get new ones

TARGET NEEDS BETTER RETURN POLICY

Target, your shipping and packaging absolutely sucks!!! It was shipped broken and I have to drive to the store and return it and then I get a new one???? YOIR RETURN POLICY IS AWFUL AND YOIR SHIPPING IS HORRIBLE.

So much pigmented

Great pigment and texture. Applies so well. Cheeks looks so stunning. It can be used on eyes as it is a bit shimmery so looks stunning. No need to use highlighter as it gives gorgeous look. I love this colour suits all skin tones.
