I love this deodorant. I have using it for as long as I can remember. Here recently however I can’t find it in the stores and it is making me very uneasy. I don’t want to have to start testing other products. You don’t know if it’s a failure until you experience the fail 🥴. I live in FL. I depend on Dry Idea everyday of the year.

Changed formula and packaging
I have been using dry idea for decades. The new formula is terrible. I have had to find a new deodorant/antiperspirant. You really need to go back to the old formula and packaging. Why ruin something that works? At least offer the old formula to those that were your customers.

Ever since the new packaging came out, there’s been a change in the roller. It sticks and stays in one place. It doesn’t roll out the deodorant as well as the old packaging. At first, I thought it was just a single incident, but I bought several roll on items and the roller sticks on all of them.

After several years, I finally give up. Tip for any company manufacturing ANY "roll-on" product - MAKE SURE THE ROLL-ON WORKS! Got stuck with the LAST of several of these that didnt work - the roller simply didnt move at all. Wont waste another cent on this deodorant!

I've used this product for about 50 years. In last couple yrs all the rollers stick and I have to get a rag to unstick it as I use it. I now have gone to a Secret product after all these yrs. Formula seems different too.

Dry Idea unscented doesn’t work as well as before
I have been using Dry Idea unscented for years, at least 20 years but ever since the packaging changed to where now it’s an orange-ish cap, the deodorant just doesn’t work as well as before. I’ve read countless other people make the same statement so when will the manufacturer revert back to the original formula that really did work? And please don’t tell me that it hasn’t changed. I never used to smell my armpit odor with the previous (men’s) unscented Dry Idea deodorant. Now I do all the time and I’m going to have to try other brands to see if someone else makes a deodorant I can rely on to keep the odor away like the old formula did (when the packaging was a beige colored bottle with a matching lid, I never noticed it until I could only find the orange-ish cap bottle you show on your website. Are you really wanting to lose the business of countless customers like me who have consistently used your product for years but notice the difference in its effectiveness? Listen to your (former) customers.

Great product
I have been using Dry Idea for years and love it. However, the new packaging of the unscented roll-on has an issue. The product previously came with a white cap and worked fine but it was recently changed to orange and it doesnt roll on. I have bought 4 bottles and with all of them, the roller doesn't work. To get any of the deodorant you have to turn it upside down, shake it, and squeeze it. Even then, only a very small amount seeps out between the roller and the bottle edge. Very frustrating. Great product, terrible packaging. I will have to stop recommending it if this issue is not fixed.

I am begging and pleading with my whole heart to mever discontinue this. My skin is extremely sensitive and this is the only deodorant that doesn’t make me break out AND actually works. Its stays dry for over two days. I was heartbroken when I couldn’t find it in Canada anymore. But I love this product so much that wvery year I get whichever friend or family member that happens to be visiting the US to get this deodorant for me I was 15 when I started usong this. I am 24 now

Way too overpriced
I have used the roll on for years and liked it but quit buying it as it is outrageously overpriced. This new ownership has destroyed the product with it's pricing. Shame on their greed, it will fade away as people refuse to over pay with so many other choices that are reasonably priced.

I desperately need this hypoallergenic deodorant!
I have a life threatening allergy to something in other deodorant and this is the only kind I can safely use. I used to be able to find it almost everywhere now I can't find it even at the manufacturer! I'm out and I need some urgently ! HELP!

new changes are bad. not sure if the formula has changed but since the packaging change, when upside down, roller ball tends to leak and it doesnt apply as well. Whatever you did to save money, whether you short cut steps in building the container, or whether you simply diluted the product, revert or continue to lose customers.
