  • A: Your preference but their site says between 12-16 oz. I’ve mixed it in a disposable 16.9 oz water bottle as well as my 24 oz owala. It tasted slightly watered down in my owala so I think 16oz is perfect but it’s whatever you like

I can add one stick to about 30 oz of water and it is still pretty concentrated, compared to the other energy sticks. Tastes just like the can does and has the same amount of caffeine so it's nice to grab a stick and add it to my water to stay hydrated but also get some energy.

It is also good because you can add as much or as little as you want. It makes the drink more customizable! The website was very good for ordering. The design was great and super simple.     Good for a little help to go through the day

    The enegry sticks is very good for storing or on the go. I get a great value from every serving can put in 12-16 fl oz of water, if stirred or shake well to fully dissolve. The taste is nice, instant pick me up is good if someone is not very tired, and must be aware of digest upset if they have healthy gut health or not.
