[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great idea, but terrible execution. There is no grip on the handle, so it easily slips through your hands while steaming. The water container is on the inside of the handle, which is the worst spot because as water is used, you have to twist your arm to move the water and get constant steam. The steam button and power is also on the handle which makes it hard to avoid turning it off while using.

Ever since they were younger I have struggled to find the perfect products to use to give them the luxurious bouncy curls they deserve, and let me tell you, this is it. This Hair Steamer is so easy to use, it conditions, moisturizes, and helps us achieve those curls we’ve been wanting for so many years.

After trying it on one side of my hair and leaving the other side alone I definitely notice a difference! It made my curls look tighter and fuller.

The steamer was easy to load water and work with. Simple on and off switch nothing complicated. I did notice the hair volume and frizz being reduced after using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little nervous about using this product thinking it would be really complicated, but it couldn’t be easier! Simply fill the water tank, reattach it, turn the machine on and in 30 seconds it’ll be ready to use. Super speedy! From there you can just brush the prongs through your hair as the steam comes out. I’m sure it’s more effective and easier to use on longer hair but it helped shape up my short 3A curls! There’s also a nice diffuser attachment that just clips on and you’re good to go. I found the machine light weight but sturdy enough so it wasn’t a clunky using experience. The cord was also adequately long, given where my outlets are in the bathroom. The steam does get pretty hot! I’m sure it’s less of a problem for longer hair, but when being applied so close to the scalp it can be a little uncomfortable, but I’m sure any cooler and it would hamper effectiveness.

After the first procedure, the hair became softer, more obedient and moisturized. I especially liked the way it untangles the hair and restores the shape of the curls - without overheating or drying. The steam is distributed evenly, nothing drips or burns. It is very convenient that there is an automatic shutdown and a large 80 ml tank - enough for the whole procedure. I have curly hair, and after use it it looks much more lively and well-groomed. It's like a home hair spa! I think it's very durable! Not big enough, but to say that it's compact is not a zero)))

Truthfully didn’t see this do anything for my curly hair. I have 3b hair and all this did was make it frizzy. Barely any steam comes out too. For $100 I thought I’d be getting something decent. Definitely returning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a hair steamer. It's about the size of an average Hair dryer. Hair steamers I am not familiar with, so this is my novice review. The box comes with the hair steamer unit, diffuser, small bottle with slim nozzle to clean unit and instructions that are in Spanish and English. 👍. The instructions have listed all safety features and tell how to operate. It also comes with a limited warranty. The instructions warn several times to not place prongs or unit near body parts or scalp. The steam is very hot. It suggests that hair is clean, dry hair and to use a light product on hair. I choose to use sunflower oil on freshly washed and conditioned air dried hair. The steam is very hot. You must keep it farther away from your head than the prongs can reach, move it around your head if using it without the diffuser , never leave in 1 spot for longer than 5 seconds or risk burning. 10 minutes after use my hair shrank to a mini curly Afro. More shrinkage than usual for my shoulder length 4c hair. Less crunchy than when I use moose. Somewhere it says it conditions when used with conditioner or hair mask. To a newbie like myself I don't know if I should use it while using a conditioning cap, before or after conditioning or while conditioning.

Most flat irons dry my hair out or ruin my curl pattern, but the steam therapy in this one is a whole different level. I don’t even use it just for straightening I use it to refresh my curls in the middle of the day when they start looking dry or frizzy. The steam helps rehydrate them without fully restyling. It leaves my curls looking soft, defined, and healthy without making them limp or crunchy. The tool heats up fast, glides easily, and doesn’t leave my hair feeling fried. It actually feels better after using it. Perfect for color-treated or damaged hair too.

There are no proper grip handles so the steamer is always sliding out of your hands which could potentially be a hazard. The steamer button is right where you’re suppose to hold the handle so you’re constantly turning it off. The water fill area is horizontally filled so when you think it’s filled up and you place it upright to use it’s only half filled. Crappy design and not worth the price. Find something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drank the koolaid. This actually works really well. I have curly hair with old bleach damage, and live in a desert. So I really have to baby my hair since its so dry. I steamed it first, opening my hair shafts. Then steamed with a deep conditioner on so the hair can penetrate. An dry hair felt sooo different, like it was melted in. Let it dry and BOOM. My hair is so soft, so voluminous. Genuinely love this!

At first I was hesitant as to the effectiveness of this product, because it really sounds like it would frizz my hair more. But LOVE! I put a curl activator on first and then steam dried my curls to perfection. Love this product.
