Get Trained
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seems like a decent stop the bleed kit. I am not familiar with this particular tourniquaate design. As with any first aid kit, training on how to use it is way more important that wgat is in the kit. Get trained.

First Aid Kit on the go
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the pac+kit medical first aid kit. Comes with a different variety of different items. There is an expiration date on some of the items. It’s a little bit clutter up in the pouch. For someone that likes to have things organized and visible, this gives me that ick feeling. Can’t complain much as you have to give up something to gain another. In this case, it’s giving up size and organization for being able to carry it anywhere. The pouch is also water proof.
