A simplistic option for meal prep
I love having the convenient packaging of these rice packs. They are an easy option for dinner or aside that you can make within a couple of minutes. The flavor is quite good, however a little dry. So we added some flavoring and it made all the difference. The price point is super affordable and can be a great option to have for your nightly meals. This is one that we will definitely always have on hand.

Easy, wholesome side dish!
This family size microwaveable brown rice makes a delicous, easy side to a meal! You can’t beat that it’s ready in 90 seconds. I like the health benefits of brown rice so this was an easy way to make an easy side dish. It was enough to feed 4 people in our family. This would be a great option to keep in your pantry for meal prep for lunches or for a quick side dish when you’re on a time crunch.

I absolutely love brown rice, and never want to make it since it takes so long. This Good and Gather family pack is perfect! It came vacuum sealed, and the moment you tear it open to vent it expands a ton. There's over a pound of rice in it. It fed my wife, daughter and I (of course I eat a bunch) for an entire meal. I mixed in some teriyaki chicken and the sauce went really well with it. I will say unless you like your rice plain, you'll want to jazz it up with something.

Brown Rice Almost Ready to Serve
This bag of rice was a quick and convenient side dish for my family on a busy weeknight. I opted to prepare this on the stovetop rather than in the microwave so I was able to heat the rice with some broth to season it. The package calls for water so that would also work, but I went ahead and subbed the broth to get me ahead on the seasoning. The rice was a little difficult to break apart in the pan so I should have done that before pouring it out, per the directions. It fluffed up really well and was delicious! This was certainly quicker than cooking brown rice from scratch.

Quick rice that has great flavor and consistency!
We made this rice to go along with a crockpot dinner we were making. It was super nice and convinent to just pop this in the microwave 90 seconds before we were ready to eat. There was enough to feed our family and have leftovers. It was nice that we didn’t need to add water, and that after microwaving it just required a fluff. The consistency of the rice was perfect, and the flavor was great. We will buy this again! I received an incentive to write this review.
