Also, like that, all you have to do is freeze the bowl for 24 to 48 hours, then put the ingredients in. Then, mix it for however long it takes for the type you want to make. The clean-up is easy. Also, just put the bowl in the sink and the mixer and then wash it.

It’s compact, easy to use, and makes the perfect single-serve portion of ice cream. Single serve size mug is still big and enough to feed more than one kid. The design is adorable, and my kids had so much fun making their own flavors right in the mugs. Cleanup is quick, and it doesn’t take up much counter space. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls loved this ice cream maker. There is a Disney Princess Print on the mugs. It is very easy to use and I love that it comes with recipes. The mugs are a great size and worked for our family of 5! We preferred the ice cream to be firm, so we froze for an additional 2 hours after we churned the ice cream for 25 minutes. You do have to plan ahead if you want to make ice cream, as the mugs need to be frozen for 24-48hrs before. We store the mugs in the freezer immediately after washing, that way they are always ready! This would be a wonderful Christmas or Birthday present too!

This little machine is like a little piece of paradise is my home. I don’t like eating or even buying store bought ice cream because of all the additives so you can imagine how thrilled I am to make them at home now. The mugs are so cute with all the princess details in the side. The mugs themselves are a little heavy so they definitely need to be handled with care. I really like how the instructions were easy to follow. And it comes with 4 simple ingredients to try from frozen yogurt to a classic vanilla ice cream. All it takes is 24 to 48 hours to freeze the mug, then setting up the machine, and watching it churn. In 25 minutes you can have soft serve ice cream at home. It’s so delicious, easy and fun to do. This is a perfect little ice cream maker to have at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What fun we are having experimenting with this Disney Dash My Mug Ice Cream Maker Bundle! The process couldn't be simpler. I put the mugs in the freezer. I've found it's very important to be sure the mugs sit level in the freezer so that the entire mug freezes evenly. The directions say to freeze for 24-48 hours. I'm finding that 24 hours is enough time. It is also important to use cold ingredients. Assemble the top motor to one of the mugs, ensuring it locks into place, plug in and turn on. I think it's important to be careful attaching the top to the mugs as the plastic pieces that lock into place aren't very thick so they could potentially break. Slowly pour the cold ingredients into the pour spout while it's running. That's it. Now we wait from 20-25 minutes. In such a short time, we end up with yummy ice cream, sorbet or frozen yogurt. I really like that I'm in complete control of what ingredients I use. I'm able to control the amount of sugar and or fat, depending on what I'm making our who I'm making it for. The machine is not very loud. Yes, it makes noise as there is a motor running, but it is minimal. The bottom of the mugs is rubberized to keep them in place while running. Each mug makes approximately 1 pint of ice cream. This isn't something you use for more than a couple of people as the servings are small, but each is perfect for a single serving. I do wish the included recipe booklet had more recipes. There is only a handful, each with suggestions for add ins. However we have been experimenting using the recipes with some changes along with finding recipes online. I almost forgot, the Mickey and Minnie Disney designs are really cute. My daughter now asks for Minnie Ice Cream!

You’ll end up with soft and smooth ice cream that melts in your mouth. And the best part ,You can add flavors and fresh fruit right in the middle of churning. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These DIY ice cream bowls are super cute. They come in a decent size, actually bigger than I anticipated from the picture on the box. I like the fact that there are two makers in the box, so that you can make one for yourself and for your kids or your kids can customize their own. I was not aware of how long the initial process took, and it was a little frustrating because we were excited to try our very own made ice cream. However, after reading the instruction booklet, we had to place the empty bowls in the freezer for at least 24 to 48 hours. I understand why, it needed to freeze the mixture that was inside of the bowl before we can get started, but even after the bowl was frozen, you had to refrigerate your ingredients for a few hours as well. So the entire process initially takes a couple of days. However, we figured out a hack, we will just keep the bowls in the freezer indefinitely so that whatever we are ready or want to make some ice cream we can just pull it out and within 30 minutes or so have freshly made ice cream. I love the fact that the churner is electric. You just plug it in turn it on and leave it for 20 minutes or so. The motor is not loud at all, it’s more like a gentle humming sound. Super easy you literally just throw in the ingredients plug it set it and forget it. The ice cream cames out soft and creamy and flavorful. We played around with ingredients and added gummy bears into our first batch. We are excited to give it a try and add a new creative ingredients.
