As someone who struggles with insomnia, I have tried several sleep supplements and they never work, then I tried OLLY Fast Dissolves and ever since then, I have slept like a baby! They are very tasty and they make me sleepy quickly to where it only takes about 25 minutes for me to fall asleep and I awake refreshed in the morning. These have been my go-to melatonin supplements and I highly recommend!

These work better than any other brand we've tried. My ADHD teen takes one at 9:00 and is sleepy and ready to fall sleep before 10:00. My ADHD brain usually only needs half a tab.

However, individual responses to any supplement can vary and some people find they benefit from a lower dose of melatonin while others benefit from a higher one. We do offer products that contain a higher dose of melatonin. Per FDA regulations, the product is not intended to treat conditions such as insomnia which is a medical condition. Rather, the product is designed to help occasional sleeplessness in healthy people.

I just put a tablet in my mouth and it dissolves, no water is needed, they have a very good strawberry flavor, what I like the most is that they take effect in less than 30 minutes, also when I wake up I feel my body rested, the tablets really I recommend they are the best I've tried!

I’ve taken the Olly Sleep Gummies for about 3 years with no complaints, so I was sure I wouldn’t like these new Fast Dissolves. I love them! I actually think they work faster than the gummies. They taste great and melt quickly! Definitely recommend!

I rotate these with other aides I may need so that I am not using the same sleep agent at every time. I find they are very effective and useful in this manner. They take effect quickly so plan on going to sleep and avoid driving or operating any mechanical equipment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has a hard time sleeping. These tabs were not the best for her. The taste wasn't very good. The tablets also didn't keep her asleep all night long like most sleep tablets do. She was only asleep maybe 4 hours.
