These are great for relaxing right before bed. Relaxing and sleepy without knocking you out. Helps me stay asleep too. I like these because they don’t have melatonin. Mind you, these are not sedating and very subtle. Love them, take them every night.

Should come with a Warning

Gaba does not mix well with alcohol. It actually Doubles the affect. I thought I was drugged after 2 beers and falling to the floor. My doctor told me I was getting older at 50 and had a sudden unexplained case of vertigo. So I continued along, even though that didnt seem right to me. After almost a repeat of another horrible night, just having a beer with my husband, I finally figured out the cause was these gummies, 2 months in. I was drugged, by myself. This whole experience has made me rethink supplements.
