EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

Since my first purchase - and taste - of Carbe Diem pasta my pantry always has at least 2 boxes on hand. My favorite will probably always be spaghetti however I also buy penne, cavatappi and elbows on a regular basis. Waiting for my store to carry orzo and hoping pastina might become the next shape in the line! As a diabetic, thanks to Carbe Diem I can now enjoy pasta again. I have served it to non-diabetic friends and family who now also buy this wonderful product.

Tasty

I really enjoy this pasta. It’s only 3 points per serving on weight watchers and there’s a ton of fiber. It doesn’t soak up sauces and dressings quite as much as a typical pasta, but the flavor and texture are great and make up for that. I used the spaghetti with some turkey meatballs and marinara. It was delicious.

I love Carbe Diem pasta. The spaghetti is as good as the other products they make. I can be creative with what I make because of the pasta variety they offer. Enjoy pasta without the carb count! Awesome!

I have tried so many pasta alternatives when looking for pasta with less net carbs, a little more protein and more fiber. This one is by far the best! The texture is exactly like standard pasta and the flavor is outstanding. I have found my forever pasta. Thank you!

Great low carb alternative

I've tried a lot of low carb alternatives, to include soy noodles and shirotaki noodles. This is the only one I would consider to be a traditional pasta replacement. While it's not zero net carbs, it provides a great balance of taste & texture while reducing net carbs, and it does so better than whole wheat, brown rice, etc. alternatives.

This is the only pasta that I'm eating now. I've tried other brands of low carb pasta and this brand is the best! I just wish that they made it in other shapes like rigatoni or farfalle.

Best low carb pasta we have had. Spaghetti is fantastic. All the other pastas we have tried are delicious. So glad we did not have to give up pasta. This is a great low carb product.

Great Purchase, Finally Can Enjoy Pasta!

I love pasta, but not all the carbs and calories. It is totally unbelievable how much Carbe Diem pasta tastes and has the texture of other regular spaghetti! And without the high carb and calorie content. I am so happy I found out about this product, it is totally wonderful!
