    A calorie deficit MUST HAVE!

    The worst part about dieting is not being able to eat pasta, but with carbe diem I can have pasta without compromising on taste. I recommend it to all of my friends! Making the wedding diet much more tolerable!

    Excellent low-carb pasta

    Made mac and cheese with the elbows and it came out great. My son couldn't tell it was low-carb pasta at all. He loved it. Pasta held up very well in boiling and then baking in casserole for 20 minutes. Absolutely recommend this and the other forms Carbe Diem offers!

    I use the elbows in my mac 'n' cheese and in my goulash--two of my favorite dishes that I wouldn't be able to indulge in without this great lower carb pasta!

    Carbe Diem is great!
